Overview
Talentconex is a job and talent platform in Canada, and the second project I built for Eisen after Korfshore.
Where Korfshore was a corporate landing page, this was a platform: more moving parts, more content, and an audience on both sides of the marketplace.

The Opportunity
A talent platform has to work for two different groups at once. Candidates want to find roles quickly and with as little friction as possible. Employers want to trust that the candidates are real and the platform is maintained.
Those two audiences want different things from the same pages, which is the central design problem in any marketplace.
What I Built
A WordPress build structured around the job listing rather than around a homepage. The listings are the product, so the architecture puts them first and organises everything else around getting people to them.
Adding Spanish
Talentconex needed to reach candidates beyond English-speaking markets, so Spanish translation was added across the platform.
Translation on a content-heavy platform is not a plugin you switch on and walk away from. It affects URL structure, how listings are indexed, and how a visitor lands in the right language without having to hunt for a flag icon in a corner.
The retainer
Like Korfshore, Talentconex runs on an ongoing monthly retainer. Eisen has one developer responsible for both sites, which means updates and fixes happen without anyone needing to be brought up to speed first.
Conclusion
Two sites, one client, maintained continuously since launch. Repeat work on a second and more complex project is the clearest signal that the first one went well.
