These terms cover two things: using weborite.com, and hiring Weborite Solutions for work. Weborite Solutions is run by one person, Muhammad Saqlain, based in Lahore, Pakistan. Where these terms say “I” or “me”, that is who they mean. “You” means the person or business using the site or hiring me.
Using this website
- The information on this site is general. Prices shown as “from” are starting prices. Your actual price is confirmed in a written quote before any work starts.
- Please do not use the contact forms to send spam, malicious links or files, or anything unlawful.
- The text, design and code of this site belong to Weborite Solutions. Screenshots and names of client projects belong to their owners.
- Links to other websites, including client sites, are provided for reference. I am not responsible for the content of those sites.
Working with me
Quotes and scope
Every project starts with a written quote that sets out what I will build, the price, and the expected timeline. Anything not listed in the quote is outside the scope of the project and will be quoted separately if you want it.
Payment
All website projects are paid 50% upfront before work starts and 50% on delivery. Payment is made by Payoneer or bank transfer, and you receive an invoice for every payment. Work begins once the upfront payment has arrived.
Timelines
Starter builds are usually delivered in 7 days and Business builds in 14 days. Every timeline assumes I receive the content, logins and feedback I need when I need them. If those arrive late, the delivery date moves back by the same amount.
Revisions
The Starter build includes one round of revisions. The Business build includes two. Further rounds, or changes to the agreed scope, are quoted separately.
Ownership
Once the final payment is made, the website is yours. Hosting, domain, WordPress and any third-party accounts are set up in your name. Premium themes and plugins remain subject to their own licence terms.
Care plans
Care plans cost $59 per site per month, or $49 per site per month for three or more sites. Monthly care plans have no contract and no notice period, and you can cancel any time.
If you pay for a care plan a year in advance and cancel before the year ends, the remaining months are not refunded. The unused balance stays available as credit, and you can use it to pay for any of my other services.
SEO and AEO packages
Monthly SEO and AEO packages run for a minimum of 3 months. The package, its price and what it includes are confirmed in writing before work starts. Search engines and AI tools decide their own rankings and answers, so no specific ranking or citation is guaranteed.
Hacked site cleanup
Cleanup is $149 flat per site and includes one month of the care plan. Hardening a site greatly reduces the chance of it being compromised again, but no developer can guarantee that a website will never be hacked in the future.
Third-party services
Hosting, domains, GoHighLevel, premium plugins and similar services are provided and billed by their own companies. I am not responsible for their outages, policy changes or price changes.
Your responsibilities
You confirm that you have the right to use any text, images, logos and other material you give me for your website.
Refunds
- If I do not complete the project agreed in your quote, you get a 100% refund of what you have paid for that project.
- Care plans paid a year in advance and cancelled early are not refunded. The unused balance can be used as credit toward other services.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, my total liability for any claim related to a project is limited to the amount you paid me for that project. I am not liable for lost profits, lost revenue or other indirect losses.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, the date at the top of the page changes with it. The terms in place when you accepted a quote apply to that project.
