This policy explains what information weborite.com collects, why it is collected, and what happens to it. Weborite Solutions is run by one person, Muhammad Saqlain, based in Lahore, Pakistan. Where this page says “I” or “me”, that is who it means.

What I collect
When you send a message through the site
The contact forms ask for your first name, last name, email address and a message. Some forms also ask for a phone number, your website address, or the service you are interested in. The form sends that information to me by email so I can reply to you.
When you contact me directly
If you email me, call +1 (239) 799-3971, or message me on WhatsApp, I receive whatever you send along with your email address or phone number.
When you visit the site
The company that hosts this site, Hostinger, keeps standard server logs. These include your IP address, browser type, and the pages you requested. This site does not use analytics tools, advertising pixels, or tracking cookies.
How I use it
- To reply to your enquiry and send you a quote.
- To deliver, invoice and support work you hire me for.
- To keep the site secure and working properly.
I do not sell your information. I do not add you to a mailing list because you sent a message.
Who else handles it
- Hostinger hosts this website and processes its server logs.
- My email provider stores the messages the contact forms send me.
- WhatsApp (Meta) handles any messages you send me there.
- Payoneer or your bank process payment if you pay one of my invoices.
Third-party content on this site
- Google Fonts. The fonts on this site load from Google’s servers, so Google receives your IP address when a page loads. See Google’s privacy policy.
- YouTube. Some pages include client testimonial videos hosted on YouTube. YouTube may set cookies and collect data when a video loads or plays.
- cdnjs (Cloudflare). An animation library loads from cdnjs, which receives your IP address when it delivers the file.
How long I keep it
I keep enquiry emails for as long as they are useful for replying and following up. For clients, I keep invoices and project correspondence for as long as I need them for accounting and legal purposes. You can ask me to delete your enquiry at any time.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, including the UK, the EU and California, you may have the right to access, correct or delete the personal information I hold about you, to get a copy of it, and to object to how it is used. Email hello@weborite.com and I will respond within 30 days. You can also complain to the data protection authority where you live.
Children
This site is for businesses. It is not aimed at children under 16, and I do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it.
