How fast do you reply?
Within 24 hours, and usually a lot sooner. I work EST hours Monday to Friday, so if you message during your working day you will normally hear back the same day.
What do you need from me to quote?
Your current website address if you have one, a rough page count, and what you want the site to do. That is enough for a fixed price. If you are not sure, tell me about the business and I will work it out.
Do you take calls?
Yes. Call during EST hours, or send me a time and I will call you. There is no sales pitch and no discovery deck, just a conversation about what you need.
What are your payment terms?
50% before I start and 50% on delivery, by Payoneer or bank transfer, with a proper invoice for both. Care plans are billed monthly at $59 per site with no contract.
My site is hacked. What now?
Send the cPanel login and tell me what you are seeing. Cleanup is $149 flat, most sites are clean within 24 hours, and hardening plus a free month of care is included.
Can you work with my agency?
Yes. I build white-label for agencies in the UK, Canada and the US. You keep the client relationship and I stay behind the scenes unless you want me on a call.
Do you work outside the US?
Yes. Most of my work is US and UK, with clients in Canada, Australia and Europe too. Austin is my main focus market in the US, but location has never been the deciding factor.
What if I just have a question?
Then ask it. If the honest answer is that you do not need to hire anyone yet, that is what I will tell you. It costs me nothing to say so.
