Common questions before you hire me.
How much does a contractor website cost?
A Starter site is $800 and covers up to 5 pages. A Business site is $1,400 and covers up to 10 pages with SEO setup and a booking or WooCommerce integration. That is the whole price list for website design for tradesmen, and anything larger is quoted per project.
Why are you cheaper than a plumber web design agency?
Because you are paying a developer, not an office. A plumber web design agency has account managers, strategy decks and sales staff to cover, and that shows up in the quote. I build high converting contractor websites on my own, so what you pay for is the build.
What do I pay upfront?
50% before I start and 50% on delivery. No exceptions, and you get a proper invoice for both. Payoneer or bank transfer.
How long does a build take?
Seven days for a Starter site and fourteen for a Business site, counted from the day I have your content and images. Larger hvac web development work, like a full location page set, gets a timeline agreed before work starts.
Do I need a care plan?
No. It is $59 a month per site and you can cancel any time. Most clients take it after their first hack rather than before, which is the expensive way round.
Do you handle SEO?
On-page SEO comes with the Business build: RankMath setup, meta tags, schema and a sitemap submitted to Google. Ongoing ranking work is a separate conversation, and I will tell you if you do not need it yet.
What if my site gets hacked?
Send me the cPanel login. Malware removal is $149 flat, most sites are clean within 24 hours, and the price includes hardening and a free month of care. If Google has blacklisted you I submit the review request.
Who actually builds the site?
I do. There is no team, no outsourcing and no junior developer. You talk to me on WhatsApp or email and I write the site myself.
